Grassroots

Over one million people all over the world have joined local Meetup Groups. In the last two years, Meetup Groups have brought communities together, shaken up politics, given people a voice…and had a lot of fun. A Meetup Group shares a cause or interest and meets regularly face-to-face. There are literally thousands of local Meetup Groups for thousands of interests. I want to point out one Meetup Group in particular, Stop the Draft Meetup Groups worldwide. Meet other local people who want to Stop the Draft in the US. Organize with others to discourage the reinstatement of the draft and help set up an infrastructure to help people avoid a reinstated draft.
