Sit Back And Relax

The Hallmark Hall of Fame: The First Fifty Years site celebrates television broadcasts sponsored by Hallmark from 1951 through 2001. It features an introductory essay, timeline, and synopses of programs (browsable by title or by decade) such as for the memorable live premiere in 1951 of "Amahl and the Night Visitors" and the 1953 production of "Hamlet," which "marked the first presentation of a Shakespearean play on U.S. network television."
