All That You Can Be?

National Priorities Project Database allows you to look at military recruiting at the state, county, high school or ZIP-code levels. The State, County, and Zip Code numbers are for Army and Army Reserves, Airforce and Navy Active Duty, and include the number of recruits coming from each location as well as the percentages belonging to each race/ethnicity and gender subgroup. The National Priorities Project obtained the 2004 military recruitment and enlistment statistics from a Freedom of Information request made to the Army, Navy and Air Force by Peacework magazine.
