Found on BuzzFlash

From Al Franken and Don Simpson a comical look at where the religious Right came from historically. And I think I may have found a new Gospel myself in the writings of the Angry Liberal.

Google's CommandLine initiative

According to Gary Price of the ever useful Resource Shelf Google want's to be the "command line of the internet."When I checked out the new features page, I found a lot to back up that project, more power to them. And while your at it take a look at Googles services and tools page.

Call me a radical liberal... Please

Just took the political compass test. I am right between the Dalai Lama and Nelson Mandela. Nice company.

A cup of coffee

and the morning newspaper would be nice, but these days a half finished open sippycup of orange juice and a few minutes collecting email and RSS feeds. I think wistfully of the day when I had time to read the news which I found at either American Journalism Review (AJR) or the paperboy. And my favorite progressive new spot Alternet.org. AlterNet.org is an online magazine and information resource where pressing issues are subject to examination and debate. By providing quality journalism, dependable research, issue-focused public interest content and passionate advocacy, readers will be better equipped to make informed decisions about problems that affect us all. Then go and see the centuries greatest news stories.

Here is a peek

into the the long list of strange things that fill my mind and make it difficult to get to sleep at night. As you know, magazines are often great sources of lists -- top college rankings, top 100 national advertisers, the InfoTech 100, etc. -- and many of those are available on the web. Gary Price's original list of links to these is now being maintained and added to at Special Issues List of Lists. And when the List of Lists get's YOU so excited that you stay up late on the web, why not visit Listology.

What we knew all along...

Dubya has now become synonymous with miserable failure. And all you need to do to prove it is do a Google search. Thanks to Jeff for the heads up.
Here is where the project appearently started.

One Stop Shop...

Itools is internet searching in one stop. It's clean presentation and simple to use. Everything from, language and financial tools to search and research lookup all in one location. Who could ask for more?

Whoops, I shoulda....

been a nice guy and either edited my links faster (and not get caught, er.. um, did I mean that?) or better yet as suggested should have provided a link to the place I stole my original links template from... Library Chronicles. I have added more links and deleted out some I didn't find as exciting as my new friend(???). So please visit them and see what they have to say.

Scorecard of EVIL

It's been nearly three years since President Bush took office, and we've seen it all: environmental destruction sold as green policy. War sold as an end to terror. And huge tax cuts for the rich sold as a jobs program. But the misdeeds keep on coming, and the wage slave journal's ScoreCard of Evil chronicles it all, with the supporting links to news stories. Why does the Republican Party zealously pursue policies so obviously counter to the best interests of ordinary Americans? It can only be because they're... evil GOP bastards. Exposing the ugly truth about the Republican Party's diabolical plot to replace constitutional democracy with an oligarchic fascist theocracy... It's the only rational explanation!
